The Christening went well. I got through the day o.k. and was very heartened by all your messages.
I came on to post some Christening photos but I am getting the ftp problem again "too many gateway sessions" so I am unable to do anything right now. I will post them when I can upload them. Getting a bit sick of AOL to be honest. Now I have a password problem. Yes, I do run regular virus checks, yes I do have a firewall. It seems to be one thing after the other with AOL.
Anyway, not much else to say. We had a little snow but it did not settle. Have a good week everyone.

File manager option which is the UK gateway seems to work fine for me.
Im so glad the Christening went well. What a shame about the photos, AOL are becoming a real pain and I`m fedup with all the problems. We all pay enough for our connections and you would think the problems would have been ironed out by now. Take care Jeannette and have a good week yourself. I shall endeavour to post an entry today or tomorrow. Blessings Sandra xxxx
Glad to hear the Christening went well Jeannette.

Looking forward to seeing the photos, pleased you got through it ok :)
Glad to hear that Nathan's Christening went well. Had the same problems with AOL for the past 2 weeks, and getting very tired of paying it. Deborah
I know what you mean about AOHell. It is one thing after another and half the time I can't even get it to boot up.
AOL keeps doing weird stuff with me too - nearly always gives me a 502 Error message every time I try and post a comment in someone's journal! It's just done it again - this is my second attempt! I'm glad the Christening went well.
David.
Hi J.! There are other places you can go to upload photos, hon. Maybe you should investigate that if you are having too hard of a problem with AOL. Let me know and I will give you names of a couple of them that I have found. I haven't used them yet because I haven't had to, but I have run across them and they are free. I am so glad the Christening went well. Love and prayers, my dear, soul sister! xox
AOL has definitely been acting strange the past couple weeks. Hope it all returns to normal soon.
I think someone has put a bug in AOL. Just keep clicking and it will bring it up.
I have been having trouble with AOL also. Especially trying to put in comments. Sorry it says you have no FTP space. I would have loved to see the pics of Nathan. But I am sure there will be plenty of time for that. Can't wait to see them. Love you lots, Krissy

I know what you mean I keep getting annoyed with aol and the comments problems grrr........Glad to hear you had a good day with the Christening. Can't wait to see the photos
From the UK to USA so many people are reporting all these varied probs in their journals. I am suffering too. Aol even cut my service tonight and prevented me from signing on. Rang technicians and they said ring Billing as they have got you on wrong price plan! I had been put on broadband gold pricing for AOL 9! Had the cheek to do that and then take my dialling numbers away, as they didn't tally with overpricing system! What the hell is going on out there? Either AOL have lost the plot or little green men in spacesuits have taken control. I have found the answer to "too many gateway sessions" (whatever they are!) - sign off and then sign back on again. It works, you will be able to access FTP space. Posting comments is so annoying too, you PRESS SAVE AND GET AN ERROR PAGE 50% OF THE TIME! Looking forward to photo's and am so relieved to know you have yesterday behind you.

RE: AOL FTP
When I first started getting the Message “Sorry, too many gateway sessions” message, I tried many things to get through to my files. Then found signing off and rebooting got me back into FTP without that dreaded message.
But now that doesn’t seem to work either. What’s up? Anyone know how to overcome this and what it means?
