If you have an AOL or AIM account and an interest in AOL J-land, you are eligible to vote. You don't have to necessarily have a journal to vote for journals you like and read regularly. There are several folks out there who are part of the AOL Journals community but who have private journals. While private journals aren't eligible for the awards (they must be public to be seen so that they can be voted upon), the journal writers for private journals are also welcome to vote.
