Shocked and Saddened

We knew it would happen. We did not know when and where.

Sending up prayers for all those killed and injured in the four terrorist atrocities that took place in London today.  God, comfort the bereaved, be with those maimed.  Lord, watch over this world and may Your love prevail.

You are so right Jeannette,  we knew this would happen, but where and how , God only knew. I just hope the death toll doesn`t rise anymore and that whoever is behind this outrage will be brought to justice.

Things like this make you realize how precious everyone is, Journals have been a great help for contacting whilst telephone lines were down. Someone wakes today with a cold chill instead of warmth, my heart goes out to them. xxRache

I still can not manage to understand how these suiside bombers are convinced they are doing a service and a reward will come from such an act.
Will we ever be able to reach the differences on our planet so we can all value life and belief that ALL man sleeps under the same moon.
They can keep their faiths, just appreciate that we are all here and have to share the same planet.

Wishing you health, happiness and laughter.

Answer to paisleyskys

What makes you think they actually WANT to do this?

Already 60 years ago, the American government was performing tests on unsuspected victims, seeing if they could program them to do all kind of wild things (no, this is not XFiles rubbish) - interestingly shortly after winning the war and getting hold of the people managing the concentration camps.

It does not take a lot to program a poor and hapless fellow to do some weird atrocity, and that is why an individual which dedicated his life to helping people suddenly turns into a terrorist or an atheist into a devout religious zealot overnight.

And that is why they have to blow themselves up : to remove all the evidence.

It is possible to undo the damage to such individual.
It can be uncovered who is actually behind the evil plot.

But for that, you need to catch them before they blow themselves up, of course.
