Beautiful Scenery

As I wrote about my trip to Switzerland yesterday I thought I would post a couple of pics today for no other reason than they are beautiful.

The first one is of Interlaken where we stayed

The second one is The Blue Lake

You can see how clear the water is and some Trout swimming around. I would love to be drifting in a boat on there right now.

Well, it is sunny and windy today and the washing is merrily blowing on the line.  It will not be too long before it is impossible to hang it outside.

I am still waiting on my test results but I was told it could take a week to ten days because some of the tests take longer than others.  I do not want to count my chickens and assume because I have heard nothing yet that all is well.  Something has to be causing the symptoms I have.  There is nothing worse than waiting. On the other hand I have the feeling that if there was something really awful, I would have heard by now.  We shall see.

Had a nice long chat with Becky.  Only two little things to do now and the builders are finished completely.  Obviously she is very happy about that. Nathan and Daniel are doing very well but Becky is obviously very tired.  Now Dean is back at work she is the one who has to get up all the time during the night to feed Daniel and to see to Nathan if he cries.

Him indoors is giving the dogs a bath right now and I do not know which of them is the wetter!  Jess moans the whole time he is being done although normally he loves water, I  just do not think he likes warm water and shampoo.  Pip is as good as gold.

I have found some more old photos that I am going to scan and save to disc before they deteriorate any farther.

Well, that is about all from me for today.  Wishing you all a happy weekend.

The pictures are great Jeannette, makes me want to see all that in person.
I know you are anxious for the test results. Hope the itching is getting better.
Poor Becky, I can imagine how tired she is. Two little ones to take care of is very tiring.
Our Jake doesn't care for baths either. Hope you have a great day. Oh, you said your washing is already on the line, It's just barely getting daylight here now. Helen

The blue lake is gorgeous, a treasure to look upon now and again.  I know waiting is a hard time. xxRache

Those pictures are well worth a look at...The lake is so serene the mountain lovely. I always say no news is good news - but you are right something must be causing the symptons you have.  hope they come through soon - nothing worse than waiting...be good when the baby sleeps through the night....Ally

It is a truly gorgeous place isn't it?!  Praying for good positive results with answers that can be addressed.

Our, dear Boston Terrier, Xena loves water but hates the bath.  She has congestive heart failure and every time I have to bathe her she gets so upset, I fear she'll die in the tub.  The other one, Matilda, just stands there and takes it....shows no real sign one way or the other about how she feels about it.  Funny, but that job falls to me, here at our house.

Beautiful shots. The lake takes my breath away..its so peaceful. Poor Jess, sounds like our Oreo..who loves water, but not baths. lol. I have also been scanning photo's for CD's. It takes a while, but certainly worth the effort. Hope you enjoy your weekend as well.               ~Deborah

Too bad Becky can't come stay with you for a while (or you with her) so she can get some extra help.  My mother-in-law came for a few days and was a huge help when Tyler was born. My mother also came for a week, but she expected to be treated as a guest and was more effort than help. LOL

Wonderful photos.  The blue lake is my favorite, even though the snow capped mountains are majestic.   Hope you are feeling well.   I am having some difficulty with my back.    Have a good weekend.     mark

I hope your test results are ok Jeannette. If its nothing you will be so relieved,if it needs medical attention you will be relieved too. . .either way you win.I know how nervewracking it is to wait and cant wait for you to be able to have an easier mind.It could all be just anxiety related .

Those photos are beautiful Jeannette, and that lake looks almost unreal.  Jim would love to fish for those trout!  I hope things will get a bit easier for Becky soon, she must be worn out.  Had to laugh at the image of Mike bathing the dogs and getting soaked.  We always put on our oldest clothes for the task while we soap up poor Jake...lol!  Have a lovely weekend my dear friend.

Absolutely glorious pictures of Interlaken! You must have had a wonderful time there. I think you're probably right about those results you're waiting for - you'd hear very quickly if there was something serious to worry about. Good luck anyway, thinking of you.

Wonderful photos, I do love mountains and lakes. I hope your blood test results come through soon and they are able to help you with your symptoms, I hate waiting for results, it seems like forever! Jeannette.

Beautiful photo's Jeannette, I love the vivid blue of the sky and mountains in the first one, and the water is crystal clear in that second one, beautiful.
I think you're right about the test results.  Hubby's Dr was very quick to call him when his results showed up that he had diabetes.  I do hope they manage to find out what is causing your symptoms though.
Hope him indoors managed to dry off after bathing the dogs, lol!!

Hi Jeannette,
I just love that photos and wish I was there now!  So peaceful and beautiful.  Becky sounds like she is really getting into the motherhood issues of life.  I can remember the days of being left alone with a toddler and a new baby...I am sure she will be just fine.  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend too!
Hugs,
Joyce
